    Tender offer here we come?????

    With the premium being offered Yahoo is going to have to find a way to "unlock" it's value.

    This could get interesting now.

    Googles problem is the Feds who would prob block it for anti-trust reasons.

    But, anything that keeps Yahoo out of the hands of the Order, opppppps I mean, Microsoft, would be a good thing.

    Yahoo asked for $436 Billion. Since that number doesn't exist Microsoft can never pay it. Problem solved.
