So, we want to know what you thought. The good, the bad, and the EVIL. Leave a comment below and let us know if it lived up to your expecations and what you liked about it.
The best, most creative, intriquing thing I've seen in awhile. I saw it when it was free but I'll probably buy the DVD. It's totally worth the download for anyone considering buying it.
I don't know if I should put spoilers in here. Well-acted, well-thought out. Who knew they could sing that well.

It was great, I wish it was on-going project. And I found the ending to be very shocking. I thought it was perfect, and was great at showing how people dealt with the strike, and how creative Hollywood can be!
Haha, I don't know why my computer posted it three times. I truly doubt I hit the button that many times. I double-click sometimes, but triple clicking? Rarely! Why waste the click!
I enjoyed Dr. Horrible very much, especially when they would break out into simultaneous song - some of that was very clever and it was really nice having a video you could back up and listen again to hear the different parts.
SPOILER ALERT...
For me Act III was a little flawed, depending on what happens later with Penny (i.e. will Dr. Horrible find a way to reanimate her or something, so the story can deal with topical issues such as whether the undead can really love?) Prior to Act III, the set up was almost entirely comic, so it seemed a bit jarring to me to have a real tragic event like that. But maybe a little edginess makes it fare for prime time.
Remember when Wash died? We're laughing the entire way, right up to the moment before he dies. That's just Joss' style, and I wouldn't expect anything less.
One of the most creative things we have seen recently. It is a real boost to see something with this production value launched on the interwebz.
ReplyDeleteSimply outstanding!
ReplyDeleteI very much enjoyed it!

ReplyDeletehehe retro! i loved it.
ReplyDeleteI loved it! I'll definitely buy it to support the project. BTW - I swear that I saw Carl (Craig Coyne) as one of the extras in the laundromat.

I'd love to see a continuation/sequel done.
qthec: That's what Joss Whedon does.
ReplyDeleteSPOILER - SERENITY
