ReplyDeletehow can fife council justify updating the Kirkaldy high street at £4.5 million when we are all supposed to be strapped for cash?
ReplyDeleteThe concept of "shovel ready projects", which was around the World promoted as a way to stimulate economies, has translated into "street improvement projects". This has happened in more than one country now.
ReplyDeleteIt would be interesting to see where the money for such projects actually ends up going. More than likely the only stimulus is to the pockets of those in government.
