    The Mark Cuban effect. He suggested this would happen during the great “what is Youtube worth debate”.

    Well, all the three main channel have their own catchup tv services, bbc, itv, channel 4 and five.
    Channel 4's enables access to it's back catalogue of tv programs.
    So seesaw is a bit redundant.
