Guys, she's kidding. It's a joke. ValleyGirl always spoofs LG15, this isn't meant to be taken seriously.
A spoof is defined as a parody or imitation. This neither parodies the Last or imitates them. She does give a considerably offensive imiation of a valley girl, but other than that is just plain meanness.
I agree. Where the eff is her hat. Without it, this video has none of the endearing humour and is just plain mean. Yuck.
