Hollyweb Accepting Submissions 2013....
Submissions are now being accepted for the 2013 Hollyweb Festival! They've added a new feature to allow viewing long and short web series. Short form is any episode under 10 minutes, long form over 10 minutes. If your web series was an 'Official Selection' of Hollyweb 2012, they are allowing re-submission without any new episodes. However, if you won last year they are requiring production of 2 new episodes since March 31, 2012 to be eligible again.
