I don't know if this makes any sense, but the four symbols before "valo" bear a striking resemblance to pigpen code. The one on this page - http://www.secretcodebreaker.com/pigpen.html - translates those symbols as simi.
Aaaand Simi Valley just so happens to be a location in California.

The baseballfields (2) look a little like the structure I found in the R! Pic. But far fetched.
