Google launches internet browser

Google is launching an open source web browser to compete with Internet Explorer and Firefox.

    While that is interesting, one should take note of this story - I doubt Google would pay Mozilla tens of millions and commit to them for another 3 years if they expected Firefox to take a significant blow by their own product. I assume this is more of another way to erode Microsoft's dominance.
