Robin (that’s ME!) comes from a very small town in Wisconsin called Pleasant Prairie (incidentally, the prairie’s ARE quite pleasant). She is the RA for the 3rd Floor of the Port Dorm at Washington Pacific University. She is an Online Communications Major, a blogger, and a devotee of Danah Boyd.

Hidden Videos

On April 28, 2009, user Craig posted to Robin's blog, stating that she was now on "his" list. This lead community members to the Seattle Craigslist pages, where they found a listing entitled "What You Hide, I Find...". The page featured text reading "You can not run from your past, Robin.", a link to a site mentioning Vimeo.com, and this picture:

Following this discovery, Robin's Vimeo profile was discovered, stating that she had made her page private, but the videos could still be accessed via her WPU blog.

A new videos link was found on her blog, which was password protected. Later that same day, the password to the videos page was determined to be "robinmatthewswpu". This yielded access to a list of videos hosted on Vimeo, which were, themselves, password protected.

The password to the first video, "Welcome to the Port Dorm!", was discovered by looking through Danah Boyd's blog entries for August, 2008. The password was "born digital".
