    This should be a lesson to all brands and branded entertainment that we now live in a World with a very prolific and powerful feedback loop. Brands that engage with social media can do much more damage than good if they are not careful with their message. It puts the "consumer" and the "corporation on the same level and when things go wrong with the corporate message the consumer will retaliate loud and clear.
