SPLIT THE SERIES nominated for Indie Series Award and selected to LAWEBFEST!

This new soapy drama series has been tearing it up on the festival circuit lately, with an Indie Series Award nomination (Best Lead Actress, Lisa Roumain) and an Official Selection to LAWEBFEST, where it will screen at the end of March. It was also a quarter-finalist in the NexTV Web Series Competition, for web pilot ideas that can carry over into TV series.

SPLIT follows Dana Lafferty, a devoted wife and mother who put aside her dreams to raise her family. She's blindsided when she receives an anonymous letter revealing that her husband of 15 years, James, has been leading a double-life.  They engage in a bitter divorce, wherein Dana discovers more than she bargained for about the man she thought she knew.

As soon as Dana thinks the worst is behind her, she finds herself in the crosshairs of the “other woman” in James’ life, who wants Dana’s family for her own.  Dana must pick up the pieces of her shattered life while learning to take care of herself, and defeat James' mistress before it's too late.
