DC Web Fest to Accept Submissions

Attention all web series creators, the DC Web Fest has opened its preliminary submissions for the 2nd annual festival! Also, its accepting applications to be a judge during the 3rd annual festival in 2015. For more information about both applications, visit the DC Web Fest site.
