Live Chat With Jessica Rose and Brett Register (The Crew) Monday October 12 5 PM PST / 8 PM EST

In honor of Jessica Rose joining the cast of The Crew for season 2 and in celebration of LG15Today's awesome achievement of hitting over 1,000,000 views, I thought I'd put together a fun live chat for the community. With the awesome help of Modelmotion and Renegade, we've made that idea a reality!

We hope you'll all join us on Monday October 12th in IRC chat channel #jessicarosechat at 5 PM PST / 8 PM EST where we'll be joined by Jess as well as creator/director of The Crew, Brett Register.

They'll be taking questions but please, no spoilers! Feel free to comment your questions in this thread, just so we start getting ideas on what you guys want to hear about. We'll also take questions in the chat. And if anyone is interested in moderating, let us know that as well either here or on IRC.  We hope to see you all Monday!

Private lg15 Videos Discovered

EQAL is apparently hard at work loading old lg15 profiles and videos into the system. New today seems to be the loading of the entire library of DanielBeast's uploads. However, during the upload, the team seem to have inadvertently loaded two privated videos into the system: a single-second picture named "Picture" (three guesses what this one was used for), and a two-minute long test shot entitled "You're A Dirtbag Test".

Fingers crossed that they'll make this same slip up when Bree's extensive list of videos is uploaded, so we can have a looksee at what treasure trove may be on that account!

LG15 Today: 1,000,000 page views!!!!!

Back in January 24, 2009 LG15 Today passed the 500,000 site visits mile marker. Tonight we passed 1,000,000 total page views with approximately 633,000 site visits.

We want to thank the many people who have contributed to the success of LG15 Today. Some helped out with the design, some have made many many posts, or helped market and promote the blogspot. Others have done research for the blogspot, passed along tips, created cartoons or just written very funny, insightful or historical stories. In particular, we want to thank the fans over at LGPedia who provide the community with the most amazing resource. Of course we are indebted to all the video series creators who work so hard to entertain us. Some in the community have gone on to tell their own stories based on their own mythology while others stick with the traditional LG15 mythology but whatever your flavor you are part of this vibrant community and we thank you all. Of course a blog would be nothing if it was not for its readers so we thank each and everyone of you for your loyal support and many insightful comments. Finally we want to thank Google for providing us with a very robust and dynamic platform on which to build the blogspot.

Hey all,
Sorry that I have to comment on this here, especially since I'm in a car halfway to Vegas.

Anyway, before I got to EQAL the LG15 domain was set up to be resolved by a custom nameserver on a server hosted at layeredtech. Our standard practice has become to use a much more robust NS to resolve our domains. LG15 never got ported over. It seems that layeredtech is suffering major outages right now, though they haven't posted anythig about it on their website : (. So I can't even post a status messge on lg15.com because there's no way for the dns to resolve. If it doesn't look like things are getting better anytime soon, I'll leave another note here. Modelmotion, I'd appreciate it if you could make this message more prominent if possible, so people will have a chance to see it here.
