Cryptic Phone message on Kate Modern

Kate said: Call This Number!

Okay, so here's the number from the card the 'policeman' gave me:

07812 250 478

I've called and it seems to be the answering service for some pizza company? I can't work it out - I've never even heard of 'The Pizza Specialists'!

It all seems a bit odd to me. What do you think?

Dan Dyer(and me a bit later on!) worked out that the first letter of each item on the pizza menu on the answer phone message spelt out a message for Kate;

Kate! I've worked it out, Each of the Ingeredients for the Pizza's is a Letter for the sentence and every "or" is a space.
This is what i've made out from that call.

"Speak To The Undead Doctor"
aka, Sausage Pepperoni Egg Anchovi Kale, Tomato Olive, Tomato Hollandaise Egg, Uruguayan Nacho's (or something with the same first letters) Dil Egg Anchovie Dicedonion, Dil Octopus Cheddar Tomato, Onion, Rocket.
