So basically they borrowed 6 million from Silicon Valley Bank since we already knew about the other 6m from the VCs. The use of debt financing suggests that things may not be as glowing as they seem, especially given the lack of a CEO. Also, you mention $10 million in revenue, but did they make a profit on that revenue?
