Case # 1863 #CTW6

I'm Dr. Basket. I'm not your typical counselor. Every case that comes across my desk is unique. Some are fairly straightforward, others require a special touch, but somehow things always seem to work out.

 A Superhero and Supervillain have lost the spark in their rivalry. Hopefully Dr. Basket can help.
