    I have seen some very creative content come out of inexperienced writers. Do not let this type of thinking stop you!

    Writers are like lawyers, nobody wants them around unless they need them. If you are forcing your precious "words" to be recited word for word to the letter, your actors aren't going to be in a position where they can act. Be prepared to allow some leeway because an actor can smooth out a scene verbally a lot better than 400 pages of Aaron Sorkin tripe, (all walking down a hallway in a single shot without editing,) ever could.
