    1. TV distribution channels in the USA. All Al Jazeera has before current is internet distribution channels.

    2. I was referring to why they ignored TYT. No legitimately balanced news outlet would touch Cenk with a 10 foot poll any sooner than they'd go near Bill O'Riley.
