    I wonder how they can justify giving money to Versus Valkyrie not once but twice when they have specific rules stating that spin-off projects are NOT eligible.

    It pays to schmooze I guess...

      It would appear to be a spin off. So yea, that is an good question? Anyone have an answer for it?

    The real danger here is that it can become more about who you know than what you produce. One could argue that that is just "playing the game", but the Web was built on creating a "level playing field". It is great to see an injection of funding, but one can also question if this creates the right mix of shows. Can any group know better than the "marketplace" what people want to "participate in". I guess only time will tell.
