New Controversy Erupts Concerning OnFronts 2010

"Are we being invited so casually to attend as equals or as the great unwashed serf watching the parade or royalty who seals the deals long ago and dane to pass on scraps of knowledge and encouragement to those who aspire to be good enough to be them?"

  1. As I understand it the content partners who have been invited to attend are the companies listed on the Onfronts page. This has left many from the indie community, which has loyally supported a multitude of other Tubefilter events, felt "left out in the cold".

Clearly a private company has the right to operate its business in the way that it thinks fit, but discontent from the indie producers is also equally valid.

Perhaps someone from Tubefilter would like to comment on this story and clarify what their position is and why they made this decision.

Again, they have no obligation to do so, as I am sure anon will point out, but I suspect it would be greatly appreciated by the community.

  2. The banner on this story is misleading. This discussion concerns the LA based 2010 OnFronts. Just want to make sure people are informed correctly.
