Community Video Response Approved on Canon LG15 Video

This is a follow-up to the previous article here reporting that some community videos had been removed as responses to the early canon LG15: The Resistance videos on YouTube.

Today, one of my videos has been approved as a video response on LG15's Call to Arms, so it appears that at least some community videos will be accepted as response videos. None of the other canon videos has any non-canon response videos at this time.

  1. Looks like a step in the right direction to me.

But my opinion might be seen as biased because I'm in the video.

    Like modelmotion said, it's a two-way street.

  2. Anon, I don't take these things personally... it's not about my silly little videos, which are not aimed at a wide audience.

I'm really more interested in the choices and show/community interaction, which is why I reported on it, and tested the waters by submitting a response again after the previous ones were removed.

That said, for some genius work, see my channel, imdjdan on YouTube. ;)

  3. That video was definitely deserving of acceptance. It was the right thing to do and it is a step forward.

    Go Team Resistance!!!!!!

  4. I should note that I cannot be completely sure that I am not canon, given that Reed turned out to be canon after saying he was not "cannon" and mentioning Amanda. But if I am canon, I wish someone would tell me, so I can get paid.

  5. It's all about the Jelly.

Ooh, can Jelly be The Official Food of the Resistance? Can it? Can it?

  6. I think We are all Canon and They are not!

  7. Maybe the Creators will leave video responses open until a new video is posted, at which point they'll remove current responses and make the next video the only response (thus enabling new viewers to easily follow the series)?

  8. Jenni: Sure.

As long as it's not orange jelly.
